Every Wednesday from 5:15-6:15

Drop-ins welcome.

Settle in each Wednesday for a mantra, breath filled movement practice and a long guided meditation.  Each week we'll practice a specific mindfulness technique with suggestions on how to translate those practices throughout the week.
